3 Pieces to Make Change Happen

“Not only are bloggers suckers for the remarkable, so are the people who read blogs.” - Seth Godin

TL;DR

We want the best for our people and this is especially true when it seems that growth seems to be slowing down or worse, not even starting.

Make sure what you are doing is effective, that it is being done correctly, and that there is a way to measure the smallest of changes.

With that said, here are 3 pieces necessary for change to happen at home or school! 👊

1. Effective Intervention

There are a lot of opinions and even more people who are willing to share them. We need to do what works. It can be proven in the research or can be proven in what you are doing in this instance, but it has to be effective somewhere.

2. Do it correctly (mostly)

We don't need perfection. Just about 80%.

3. Measured outcomes

Rarely is change one giant leap from misery to magical. It is usually the smallest of steps in a direction that we don't even see. We don't see it is going in the right direction and quit too soon, or we keep going when we should have stopped a long time ago.
